The heart is a very important Organ in the body, it's function is so vital in sustaining life, it is the pumping station for the body, it pushes blood, nutrients, and other contents to all parts of the body, and it works nonstop from conception to the last moment of life.

The heart deserves the best care and protection, every effort to maintain it in good working condition should be our lifelong pursuit, as no temporal blessing could be compared to good health, though the least appreciated until we fall sick, "HAD  I KNOWN" has always been expressions of regret for mistakes that could have been avoided.

Unfortunately, today's favorite foods are not heart friendly, our colored denatured fatty food/snacks increase bad cholesterol levels, make us obese, clog our arteries, and stress the heart.



Prevention of heart problems is the best medicine for the heart, and in nature, we have  many heart-protective foods around us, vis :

Pepper is one of those heart-friendly food items, it gives the heart wonderful protection by equalizing circulation and sustaining it, in combination with garlic, it is a super heart protector.

Ginger is another food item, that supports the heart
