A cup of bay leaf tea made by infusing 4-6 leaves in hot water or simmering in a pot for 10mins, strained and taken morning and evening has been proven to improve the function of the pancreas,with its blood sugar-lowering effect ✌️

It induces sleep, and 👍therefore a friend of those who find it difficult to sleep at night.

It has also been noted that taking a cup of bay leaf tea twice daily for a few weeks could help dissolve kidney stones and allay their pains
